Description

You will build and maintain custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and platform enhancements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and workflows for approvals and notifications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
• Experience implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to gather requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and business analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
