Description

You will build and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on financial services and customer management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Build custom applications directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and custom scripting.
• Gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve platform issues.
• Create technical documentation and deliver user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with FSO and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Working knowledge of AngularJS.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Degree in any field of study.
