You will develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions based on requirements.
• Architect, design, and implement Financial Service Operation (FSO) solutions covering Financial Data Model, Dispute management, and Customer life cycle management.
• Gather requirements and participate in Agile Sprint Planning and Demos for ServiceNow FSO projects.
• Translate enterprise architecture concepts into technical ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of ServiceNow solution implementation experience (configuration and customization).
• Proven experience designing and implementing FSO solutions (e.g., Treasury Operation, Loan operation, Claims processing).
• 1-2 years working on ServiceNow FSO Projects, including Requirements Gathering.
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design for Financial Service Operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Expert understanding of ServiceNow modules and concepts including CSDM, CMDB, and Data Models.
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
• Experience developing solutions using an Architecture first principle.
