ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Technical:
Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, knowledge of the ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM & CMDB Products Custom applications using ServiceNow’s App Engine Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Widgets Design and implementation of solution for maintaining CI data integrity across the CI lifecycle with due consideration to the ITSM process.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance Experience in CMDB health to support Assets and Configuration and CI relationships coming from discovered sources, manual sources from like relationship data from network team.
Build solutions around data certifications for maintaining CI sanity Reconcile solution of the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories Manage upgrades, patches, cloning, and instance configurations.
Implement ACLs, RBAC, security controls, and CMDB best practices
