Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ESG/Sustainability modules to support banking initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate ESG data collection, reporting, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with banking compliance, risk, and sustainability teams to capture requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow ESG modules with existing banking systems including Risk, Lending, Compliance, and Core Banking platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports for ESG KPIs such as carbon footprint, green lending, and diversity metrics.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ESG-related ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ESG & Sustainability modules or GRC/IRM with ESG extensions.
• Strong background customizing ServiceNow using Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards including TCFD, GRI, SASB, CSRD, and EU Taxonomy.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party ESG data providers and banking risk/compliance systems.
• Strong understanding of banking processes including risk management, compliance, and reporting.
