Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow integration solutions, focusing on CMDB health, ITAM, and ITOM modules. You will own the technical architecture for CI data integrity, reconcile discovery exceptions, and ensure platform governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions using SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, and REST.
• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Widgets.
• Maintain CI data integrity across the lifecycle, addressing health issues from discovered and manual sources.
• Reconcile CMDB data exceptions against discovery information and authoritative production repositories.
• Manage instance configurations, upgrades, patches, and cloning while implementing ACLs and RBAC security controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and integration.
• Deep knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB products.
• Proficiency in SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, and REST APIs.
• Experience building workflows, flow designers, and client-side scripts.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
• Background in data certification and CI relationship management.
