Description

You will design, implement, and manage ITIL and ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform, including client site travel.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITIL processes tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, Service Catalog, Asset, and Knowledge.
• Configure Service Portal, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and CMDB.
• Execute integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs, and various data sources.
• Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate user requirements, and travel to client locations to set up systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, Service Catalog).
• Deep understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
• Proficiency with Service Portal, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
• Experience managing Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Technical proficiency in REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Ability to drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) projects.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field.
