• Develop and maintain applications directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements to create technical requirement documents.
• Build front-end components using web technologies.
• Integrate services using SOA technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• jQuery and AngularJS.
• REST and SOAP web services.
• Understanding of cloud platform application development.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or Virtual Agent technologies.
