Description

You will develop, maintain, and implement features within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain processes and features on ServiceNow.
• Lead projects and manage delivery within project timelines.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve defects before customer release.
• Document functionality via code, project management tools, and deployment instructions.
• Identify and highlight risks to leads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in manipulating ServiceNow objects (Server-side and Client-side).
• Experience building Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
• Expertise in writing Business Rules, Script Includes, and other Server-side components.
• Ability to write highly performant web applications with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in testing code written on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
