Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM modules and external integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and modules using ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
• Implement solutions across ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout development cycles.
• Solve technical problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience working with ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations via REST and SOAP.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD) certification.
