Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automated workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications using server-side and client-side scripting, including UI changes, workflows, and service catalog configurations.
• Develop Service Portals and reusable low-code utilities based on user requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using SOAP and REST web services.
• Configure advanced reporting and performance analytics to meet business needs.
• Create technical design specifications, documentation, and perform system and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with Glide Script, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, and App Engine for Scoped Applications.
• Experience with Service Portal and Performance Analytics.
• Understanding of Active Directory, SSO, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework, specifically Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Developer certification.
