Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and security incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize the Security Incident Response module to automate the security incident lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated workflows for incident escalation, investigation, and resolution.
• Integrate Security Incident Response with Incident Management, Change Management, and Vulnerability Management modules.
• Build reports and dashboards to track security incident trends and response metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Security Incident Response module and integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow Security Incident Response module.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and web services.
• Solid experience with API integrations and connecting ServiceNow to third-party applications.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST and CIS.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements for incident detection and response workflows.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS-SIR certifications.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Response (VRM).
