Description

You will build and maintain customized ServiceNow applications and integrations within an enterprise environment in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Build a highly customized CSM-based application in collaboration with functional teams and clients.
  • Develop scoped applications that leverage full ServiceNow platform functionality.
  • Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and external services.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and the ServiceNow Data model.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Experience with Service Portal Development, Flow Designer, and traditional workflow.
  • Proficiency in Custom Application Development.
  • Experience managing integrations using ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience configuring forms, fields, views, and lists.
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
