Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and automate processes across ITSM and CSM modules.
Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance through proper ACL and access control configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM/CSM modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow automation (Flow Designer).
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers), ServiceNow security (ACLs), and certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS
