Description

You will own the development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on the HR Scoped application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including Virtual Agent and Integration Hub.
• Manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like Workday, HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
• Execute full lifecycle development, including test-driven development, agile practices, and production support.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple work streams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, Java, and API programming.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and relational database development.
• Working knowledge of consulting project management techniques.
• Experience with Virtual Agent setup and configuration changes.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage flexible hours, including release weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the HR Scoped application and ServiceNow partner background.
• Experience integrating with Workday.
