Description

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and automate processes across ITSM and CSM modules.
• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance through proper ACL and access control configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, specifically ITSM and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Experience with workflow automation tools, particularly Flow Designer.
• Proven ability to build integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow security models, including ACLs and access controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
