Description

You will develop, configure, and integrate custom applications across the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications for incident, problem, change, and request management modules.
• Customize forms, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
• Develop workflows and integrate external systems using RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Configure reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track IT operations.
• Implement and customize out-of-the-box ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS for platform customization.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services for third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Workflows, and UI Actions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM and ITBM modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing ITBM (IT Business Management) solutions.
• Background in ITOM (IT Operations Management) module customization.
