Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions across multiple enterprise modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Build custom applications and scoped apps using Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Implement business logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Manage data integration using REST and SOAP services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM domains.
• Proficiency with REST integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Ability to manage data integration using SOAP services.
