Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow modules to support ITSM and service delivery processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Service Catalogs, record producers, and order guides with custom workflows.
• Develop complex workflows for the Change Module, including custom Change types.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Implement Inbound Email Actions to automate record creation and updates.
• Manage SLA configurations, notifications, push notifications, and HTML templates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ITSM, Service Catalogs, and Order Guides.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow creation.
• Hands-on expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, and Script Include.
• Ability to create Events and Script Actions.
• Experience with Import Set API and Transform Maps.
• Knowledge of SLA configuration and notification systems.
• Experience with CMDB data maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
