You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on core IT service modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Configure and support IT Operations Management (ITOM) integrations.
• Develop and refine ITSM workflows and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with CSDM.
• Experience managing and configuring CMDB.
• Proficiency with ITOM integration.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
