You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules to improve operational efficiency and support IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM components, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
Conduct impact analysis and troubleshoot ITOM-related issues, ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions focused on incident, event, change, and problem management.
Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to enhance proactive support and operational efficiency.
Perform configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, including orchestration and automation.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM.
Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with ServiceNow orchestration and automation tools.
Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills for ITOM-related issues.
