Description

You will manage and optimize field service operations using the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure the ServiceNow FSM module by customizing workflows, rules, and interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Integrate FSM with ITSM, ITOM, and other external systems.
• Develop custom scripts and applications to automate processes and enhance FSM functionality.
• Manage work orders, resources, skills, assets, and locations while optimizing scheduling and dispatching.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot application issues, and document all scripts and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow FSM module.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM.
• Ability to develop custom scripts and applications.
• Experience with mobile channel integration for field resource collaboration.
• Degree in any graduate field.
