You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, performing gap analysis and recommending process improvements.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle, including sprint demos, development artifacts, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and execute third-party integrations via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), including Workforce, Resource Management, Work Orders, and Appointment scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with FSM Mobile app, Map/Calendar based dispatcher views, and Asset/Inventory management.
• Proven experience with ITSM and Custom Service Portal development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Extensive experience with third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Ebonding.
• Expertise in ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
• Ability to perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Assistant.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
