Description

Architect and build end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical standards, reusable components, and platform governance.
• Design scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Lead architectural reviews, solution designs, and technical workshops.
• Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal components, and UI Builder components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and application development.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server/client scripting.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, NLU models, Predictive Intelligence, or SNOW AI features.
• Knowledge of Service Portal, Now Experience, and UI Builder components.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and managing custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Apps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI features such as Now Assist.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Spokes, and custom integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
