Description

You will develop and execute testing strategies for ServiceNow modules, ensuring quality across ITSM and APM implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to define project testing requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
• Review design documents to perform GAP analysis and identify potential issues early.
• Create test data aligned with planned test cases and manage defect tracking using JIRA.
• Participate in defect triage calls to prioritize issues and work with SMEs to reproduce or retest.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience testing ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM and APM.
• Expertise in preparing, developing, reviewing, and executing test cases based on functional and business requirements.
• Proficiency in test case design techniques including integration, system, functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience using testing tools such as Selenium and Client Quality Center/ALM/Test Director.
