Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and user experiences, including AI platform integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks.
• Configure and validate conversational flows, widgets, and role-based access controls.
• Develop Service Portals, Catalog Items, Scoped Applications, and Mobile Experiences.
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Experience integrating AI platforms like Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in portal development and scoped applications.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and App Engine Studio.
• Knowledge of plugin configuration and Openframe Knowledge API.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Ability to work within Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Developer or Technical Architect.
• Experience with Now Assist or other conversational AI platforms.
