Description

You will manage and develop the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow instance, including managing groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Develop Self Service Portals, Service Catalogs, and Request Fulfillment workflows.
• Implement ITIL/ITSM processes including Survey, Request, Portal, CSM, ITBM, and GRC.
• Execute ServiceNow Transform Map scripting, data validation, and debugging.
• Configure and customize MID Server architecture and manage Scheduled Scripted Jobs and JDBC Data Sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development and Administration experience.
• Expertise in UI Policy, UI Action, and Catalog Item development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Inbound Web Services.
• Experience with MID Server architecture and configuration.
• Working knowledge of SAML and Multi-Provider SSO.
• Experience with JDBC Data Sources and Scheduled Scripted Jobs.
• Agile experience using Story and Defect methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 certification.
