Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog. You customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications to meet business requirements. You build Flow Designer flows, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub spokes to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, extending existing ones using Scoped Applications where needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and debug complex scripting to ensure solution quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Support platform upgrades and maintain documentation for design specs and technical manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite, including implementation of at least 2-3 core modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience with CSM implementation and Service Catalogs, Record Producers, and Request Workflows.
• Knowledge of Service Portal and Employee Center.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, or Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) for unit and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of ITIL V3/V4 processes and Financial Services Operations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Scoped Applications, UI Builder, Performance Analytics, and CI/CD pipelines.
