Description

Design, implement, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations with third-party and in-house products.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance ServiceNow solutions to ensure scalability and seamless integration with existing product suites.
• Provide technical and functional leadership during ServiceNow implementations and client engagements.
• Collaborate with engagement leaders and technical experts to develop accurate client proposals.
• Define technical requirements with clients and build tailored solutions for specific challenges.
• Apply software engineering best practices to complete complex development activities independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of dedicated ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proven experience configuring Service Portal and Catalog Setup.
• Strong proficiency in Agile development practices.
• BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor managing customer expectations independently.

• Strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
