Description

You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications. This role owns platform configuration, integration development, analytics, and quality assurance for the IRM/GRC domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow using best practices, including creating tables, fields, business rules, UI policies, and workflows.
• Design authentication mechanisms and build integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs and iHub spokes.
• Develop and maintain reports, workspaces, dashboards, and service portals to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including peer reviews, regression testing, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) development.
• Manage change activities in JIRA, orchestrate instance migrations, and support continuous improvement and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT/software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platform development.
• Proven experience with IRM/GRC ServiceNow applications and end-to-end deployment of large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow elements: business rules, UI policies, workflows, and data visualizations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of REST API concepts and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations with other applications and platforms.
• Practical experience following iterative and agile SDLC practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI concepts and tools.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Hands-on API development experience and experience evaluating AI-powered features.
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro) and supporting SaaS products like NAVEX or Regology.
