Description

You will design, develop, and deploy large-scale ServiceNow applications, focusing on IRM/GRC modules and platform integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications end-to-end, ensuring scalable architecture.
• Implement ServiceNow integrations with other applications using REST APIs and JavaScript.
• Follow iterative and agile SDLC practices to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered features within enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems and support SaaS products.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT/software development experience.
• 3+ years focused on ServiceNow platform development.
• Proven experience with IRM/GRC ServiceNow applications.
• JavaScript proficiency and understanding of REST API concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying at least 2 large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
• Experience supporting SaaS products like NAVEX, Regology, Icertis, or iManage.
