Description

You will design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces and custom components within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Service Portals, Catalog items, and custom UI components using the Widget Editor.
• Develop customized user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsiveness and WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Write and maintain efficient client-side code including Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Implement REST and SOAP API integrations to enable real-time data updates within UI elements.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI-related issues to ensure consistent cross-browser and cross-device performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on UI/UX and front-end design.
• Expertise in ServiceNow UI development, specifically Service Portal and Service Catalog customization.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS for building modern interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting APIs, including GlideForm, GlideUser, and GlideScript.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML for data exchange.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
