Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions by integrating machine learning models to enhance automation and decision-making across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Integrate machine learning models and AI capabilities into the ServiceNow platform to drive intelligent workflows.
• Optimize existing workflows using data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence.
• Write efficient code and scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ML APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• 1+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI implementation.
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence or integrating external ML services.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and data models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices and certifications.
