Description

You will serve as the technical expert optimizing ServiceNow using best practices, focusing on configuration over customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer design workshops centered on the ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology.
• Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) connecting with multiple systems.
• Draft technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies for customer review.
• Lead technical delivery aspects of engagements, including oversight of partner development.
• Prepare all customer-facing deliverables, ensuring the quality of the configured or developed solution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions (SLP, SPO, and/or APO).
• Proficiency in Web Technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, Middleware, LDAP, and SSO.
• Strong understanding of systems like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to consult and provide thought leadership to customer sponsors on technical and process problems.
• Proven experience developing portal components within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SaaS technologies.
