Description

You will develop and maintain custom applications and core modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage workflows, flows, and custom applications.
• Develop and maintain REST integrations including data transformation logic.
• Implement ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Create Integration Hub flows and actions to connect with external systems.
• Integrate COTS products with enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 6 years of ServiceNow development experience covering core modules and custom app development.
• 6 years of experience writing and maintaining JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience with REST integrations and data transformation.
• 5 years of experience with Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub flow and action development.
• 3 years of experience integrating COTS products with enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate vendor documentation and the ServiceNow HI Portal.
• Experience working with Agile stories.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
