Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production stability.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze and visualize large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 6 to 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Formal training or certification in ServiceNow platform concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience implementing system integrations using REST API.
• Ability to clarify requirements with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Degree in any graduate field.
