Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. • Design and implement Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automated business processes. • Configure and maintain Service Exchange services, service onboarding, and service lifecycle management. • Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs. • Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. • Support CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Mapping initiatives. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. Required Skills • 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong experience in Service Exchange and service onboarding processes. • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. • Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations. • Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow deployments
