Description

You will own ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM development, with a heavy emphasis on CMDB governance and Discovery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB technical standards and governance processes.
• Implement and document CMDB governance procedures.
• Troubleshoot Discovery errors and warnings to ensure data accuracy.
• Modify and create Discovery patterns to support infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey technical information clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) and ITSM.
• Strong working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Proficiency in Javascript and Python.
• Experience with Github and Powershell.
• Knowledge of Angular JS.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with SCCM via the SCCM Service Graph Connector.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
