Description

You design, develop, and deploy solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and SecOps modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
• Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Maintain platform stability and participate in upgrades and routine maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or GRC.
• Expertise in scripting using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio.
• Proven experience in complex workflow automation and orchestration.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
