Description

You will develop and enhance scoped applications within the PSDS platform, implementing ServiceNow modules for ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAMPro, and SAM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAMPro, and SAM.
• Develop and enhance scoped applications within the PSDS environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions for public sector environments.
• Apply Agile (Scrum) and ServiceNow DevOps practices to deliver solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to strengthen internal ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and application architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with PSDS scoped application development.
• Strong experience implementing and optimizing HAMPro and SAM.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and ServiceNow development.
• Experience working within public sector or government agency environments.
• Ability to work independently and in team-based Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
