Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on public sector applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and PSDS applications for public sector needs.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations with external government systems.
• Build citizen and staff-facing portals and self-service experiences.
• Integrate ServiceNow with legacy systems, CRM, ERP, and external data sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or PSDS modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with platform security, including user access management.
• Experience with Service Portal development and UI/UX customization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Knowledge of public sector service delivery models.
