Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, owning the scoped application development lifecycle and release pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend core ServiceNow functionality using ACLs, Glide, business rules, and client scripts.
• Own scoped application development and manage application releases via ServiceNow or CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement complex logic and ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methods and Story Point estimation.
• Maintain strong written documentation and communicate technical decisions effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience with 5+ years specifically developing in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, business rules, and client-side scripting.
• Demonstrable experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methods.
• Experience with CI/CD practices in a ServiceNow context.
• Strong written, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience obtaining and maintaining Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determinations.
