Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, reports, and workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend platform functionality using business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and Glide scripting.
• Support scoped application development and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD and release processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Strong scripting, customization, and configuration skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• ServiceNow Development expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments.
