You build and extend solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Design and develop custom applications, rules, and platform customizations.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, specifically JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation.
• Experience working on integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, ITSM preferred.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
