Description

You will own ServiceNow platform configuration, AI agent development, and technical design delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ServiceNow agents and platform features.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery, including configuration, testing, and quality practices.
• Perform peer code reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams to deliver pilot-driven solutions.
• Maintain strong technical documentation and resolve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Platform configuration and technical design.
• Experience building ServiceNow agents and AI-enabled delivery workflows.
• Proven ability in testing, smoke testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating across global time zones (EMEA, APAC, AMS).
• Background in pilot-driven, fast-paced environments.
