Description

You will design, build, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop custom applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Implement and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization for new modules.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting, customizations, and platform development.
• Proven experience with Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation strategies.
• Experience working on REST and SOAP integrations, including MID Server and IntegrationHub.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, with ITSM preferred.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of tenure in similar ServiceNow development roles.
• Experience collaborating with architects and functional consultants.
