Description

Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platforms with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM and CSM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
• Document technical specifications and review existing documentation.
• Develop project artifacts throughout the full system development life cycle.
• Maintain existing software products and contribute to business application knowledge.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation certification.
• Experience developing customized applications using the ServiceNow App Engine module.
• Ability to implement data models, user experience components, logic, automation, and security.
• Any Graduate degree.
