Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from coding to release management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize core ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules using Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Build and maintain Scoped Applications and manage application releases, including CI/CD integration.
• Write clean, efficient scripts and documentation while adhering to Agile Scrum methodologies and story point estimates.
• Ensure system security and compliance through proper table and ACL configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with core platform modules.
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Experience with Application Release Management and CI/CD in ServiceNow environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum processes, including story point estimation and scrum management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline with 10+ years of professional experience, or HS diploma/GED with 20+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM and ITAM module customization beyond standard configurations.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills for system design and user guides.
