Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM modules, integrations, and automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Design Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Configure Service Exchange services, service onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and CMDB/Asset Management initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
• Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB configuration.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow deployments.
