Description

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on AI governance, control towers, and compliance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Configure AI Control Tower modules, dashboards, and approval workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party AI platforms using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage AI asset inventory, lifecycle, and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and test applications in collaboration with security and business teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting proficiency.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• REST/SOAP API integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI governance concepts and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Service Catalog and UI Builder.
